To explore the theme of 'Our Heritage', we enjoyed a visit by local resident, Eleanor Crowther, who told us all about her life growing up in Old Trafford.  We then visited Pavilion Lodge, a local residential home for the elderly, to get to know our local neighbours.  One of our parents also gave us a fascinating talk about her native Zimbabwe and we enjoyed performing a Zimbabwean folk tale.  We are all proud of our heritage and believe that behind every 'ordinary person' lies 'an extraordinary story'!

'Royal Write' feedback!

We each listened to our recorded feedback about our letters from Stanley Yelnats to Mom ('Holes'). Then we made improvements using our purple pens.
