Children are invited to wear their Christmas jumpers on 13th December......We are looking to recruit Casual Midday's - if you would be interested in applying and for further information/application form please speak to Pauline Grady, School Business Manager, at the main office......There are spaces available in our full time nursery class both for families eligible for 30 funded hours and also those families wanting to pay to increase from the universal 15 hours up to 30 hours. Modern Foreign Languages (MFL)

We are a leading school in Modern Foreign Languages and were chosen by the TDA (Teachers Development Agency) to take part in the 6-School Project with school's in Spain and France.

What is the 6 School Project?

Since 2005, six primary schools, three ITT institutions and three local authorities in England, France and Spain have been taking part in the Collaborative Technologies in Languages Initiative (CTLI), working together to develop and improve the teaching and learning of languages in primary schools across Europe.Using innovative technologies, including interactive whiteboards, videoconferencing and a secure, web-based virtual learning platform, the schools and teacher training institutions are developing new pedagogies for the teaching and learning of primary languages. CTLI is funded and developed in partnership by the TDA, Microsoft and LP+.

Kings Road Primary School is proud to be one of the English schools.
